We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Agente de Contact Center Trilingüe (Alemán, Ingles).
Compensation:
COP 3.15M/month.
Location:
Remote (specific timezone).
GMT-09:00 to GMT-01:00.

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in customer service, and call center operations.
- Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
- German - Native or fully fluent.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
The position we currently have available is 100% work-from-home for a B2B (Business to Business) multichannel campaign (emails and calls).
Training is paid at 75% of your base salary.
Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for approximately 2 weeks.
Operations schedule:
Monday to Friday – weekends off.
Availability required from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(subject to change due to Daylight Saving Time).
